The teaching for spiritual healing is to open your own channel and focus it onto the person as a whole, the theory is~ we do not direct it specifically~ our higher being/ overseer opens our energy channel so that it can be directed to the person who needs healing, who’s higher self will take it to where its needed.

The Gaia healing is the same~ as we anchor into Gaia giving her the energy her overseer takes it to where it’s needed.
During this process the physical body receives the healing that’s required as well.

Gaia is being upgraded by many pieces of information coming together from all levels of focused intention; it’s her re-construct, re-balance and re-configuration.
It’s happening very slowly, very small steps, all souls are adding to it with their conscious thought – it’s the unity soul group who are overseeing this through all humanity with love.

Use your heart felt love thought process and hold your light quotient to be a conduit for the energetic fields of Gaia + humanity, focus your thought to where you want it to be~ it is the way of the spiritual alchemy, creating in the bigger picture.
You can feel these fields from the divine source as openness in the whole body~ this is your field of calm, expanded light.

MOVE INTO NON-LINIER REALMS OF LIGHT:

Move into the non-linier realms of the infinite light by going into silent council within and connecting to the inner wave frequency where life functions~ stand true and hold this infinite light line on earth as the core root into Gaia, for Gaia.

It is being imbibed into all life and it is being engendered into the collective consciousness of both Gaia and humanity @ this source level of the infinite frequency.

All souls are holding their quotient light as a beacon that steps beyond the holographic drama of the control earth 3/5th D way.
Be on the outside of this platform to consciously creating new fields into the collective beyond the controlling hologram.
Letting go of everything for a period of time is good for progress, connect to this new time line and find inspirations, across the globe the 144.000 have awakened.

There is so MUCH physical evidence an earth~ of the ancient beings and lands like Atlantis and Lemuria, Egyptians, Mayan, Chinese, India, Russia, that are here and buried under the sea, land, mountains and deserts across the whole of earth.
