Twist and turns of energy waves:
Dear souls ~ fields of energy are waves~ pulses~ vibrations, nothing is completely still, all you dear souls are made up of fields, frequency’s, pulses and waves~ and the undulation of these waves is how things change~ upgrade or degrades which ever one is needed in all life.

This causes fluctuations in the physical, and there are times when these are in the lower part of the wave~ it means there is some kind of readjustments taking place.
Navigating these swings of feeling~ is necessary to bring an easy transition consciously.

Accept you have them and flush them with love~ stop thinking that something is wrong~ that you are somehow creating it~ this are not real~ its your thoughts that inhibit these flows through you~ creating imbalance and blockages.

Consciously understanding the way your energy fields twists and turns~ makes it easier to control the thoughts and feeling and change them to allowing it to be, give your self time and love to follow all your other activities on the earth plane. Thank you X
