Question: What does 'the divinity within' mean?
Here we are hearing your question of the divine inner being that is you, that is each of you, in this realm and beyond. It is not unique to one. It is not absent in another. It is prevailing throughout the cosmos. Each who is touched by divine creation is of essence, divine within. And in this way, creation of all matter and non-matter is divine.
What do we mean by this? We mean, has an essence of the life spark that originated with the One. It is the future and the past and the beyond together in a realm and a web of light that interweaves and interlocks, and notices and has awareness. It is sentience beyond consciousness, and it dwells within each and every living being. And it is embedded within the material world, in the creations of each and every living being.
It is that force which propels forward and back, and around in the spiral of life. It is that part of you you recognise to be part of the One. And if you do not recognise it, you
have at a point in your life upon a trajectory not remembered. But there will come a time when you can understand again how it can be that we say: ‘Look at your own divinity. Look at it within’. For we are speaking of the thread that weaves and winds, that binds you to the Source of Creation.
It is not a tangible thread. It is not made of matter. It is not a material substance. It
is a beingness. It is an understanding. It
is a particle of light that is a creation of oneness; in effect an abstraction. And yet it is more: It is what we understand to be the
essence of creation. It
is, if you like, love. It is love.
How would you explain to us love? You would
feel it. You would show it. You would
demonstrate it. You would live it through your behaviours. You would
speak about it. How would you describe it to us? This is the same. It is that your divinity is love. It is
that connection. It is that spark of life, born of an idea, born of a momentum, born of a force that
is the Creator’s force that is creation.
That force is love.
It is an idea
of
beingness, of coming into being. And this is what you live within. And this is what
is within. It
is a perpetual becoming; an unfolding that is a continuation of that initial force, of that
spark of life, of love, of Creator’s will. And it
is with us all. And when we say ‘look within’, and when we say ‘know your own divinity’, we are imploring you to understand your unfolding nature; to understand that you are
not stagnant, that you do not stop; that this is not a finite existence. It is perpetual. It
is ongoing. It is cyclic and it
is unfolding in your becoming that is your
beingness. Do you understand?
Do understand that you are
continually moving.
That is your divinity; that stepping out and moving forward in an evolutionary development that keeps you in motion; a wave of growth upon the web of life that was begun eons and eons and eons and eons ago; before time, before space as you know it; beyond a curtain of understanding. And you continue it.
This is what your divinity is. And in this sense, it
is a responsibility. It is not inert. It is not ignorant. It is not ceasing in intelligence because you cannot see it. It
is alive. It
is aware. It
is knowing. And we ask you to turn around and witness this, and participate in this, and
bring the awareness of it into your world, into your material life. For
then, as one who is aligned with the Creator’s force, which we have named love, you will move in the material world
with that force, with that love. Harmony then cannot but prevail.
And this we would ask. And this we would implore. And this is
our aim in communicating through our vessels: Know your divinity. Know that love. Understand your
beingness is a continuation of creation, and your ability to create in the world is within your grasp. You must simply live it, understand it, bring it into your awareness, and be it. Be what you
will, an instrument of the Creator.
